Do I Need Experience To Start Training?
Not at all! We offer beginner- friendly classes for kids, ladies, and adults, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.
What Services Do You Offer?
We offer Muay Thai and boxing classes for all skill levels, including beginners, advanced fighters, and kids. Our classes are designed to improve fitness, self-defence skills and competitive techniques.

What Is The Focus of The Kids Classes?
Kids classes emphasize technique, pad work, bag work, footwork, and fun games to keep them engaged while learning foundational skills in a supportive environment. The sessions promote fitness, discipline, and confidence. Classes are NON CONTACT.
Are There Parking Facilities?
There is plenty of parking available on-site.
How Often Should I Train?
It depends on your goals! Beginners can start with 2-3 sessions per week and increase frequency as they progess.
What Is The Focus of The Women's Classes?
Women’s classes primarily focus on pad work, bag work drills, footwork, and technique. These sessions are designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence without any sparring or physical contact. Classes are NON CONTACT.
